Automobile plant "Chaika-Service" for the first time at russian market presents aerial platforms of italian company Socage.

Socage's product range is more then 20 types of telescopic,articulated and double articulated aerila platforms with working height from 12 to 75 meters.
Aerial platforms Socage can be mounted at domestic and foreign chassis with total weight from 3,5 tonnes. All aerial platforms, that are produced by AP "Chaika-Service" are certified and are tested under control of representatives of Rostechnadzor.

Socage presents at European market 4 types of aerial platforms:
Apache - telescopic, articulated and double articulated platforms with working height up to 22 meters.
Can be mounted on the chassis with total weight from 3,5 tonnes. Are divided into 4 classes:

Advantages od Socage's aerial platforms

Functionality

• During the production of aerial platforms alloyed high-strength steel is used, that helps to reduce the weight of aerial platform and gives the possibility to mount the platform at chassis with small capacity.
• Socage aerial platforms are very compact. It enlarges manoeuvrability of the platform in comparison with analogues and makes the platform move comfortable in narrow city streets.
• Structure components of the platforms are meant for working from -40C to + 40C.
• Continuous rotation of the upper part of the platform allows the boom to be rotated continuously
• Operation box of the platfrom is mounted in the basket and at the platform.
• е Models with lifting height up to 22 meters, stabilizers while extended don't go out the dimensions of the truck. That is why these platforms can be used in straitened road conditions, for instance, in the range of dividing strip, not making any difficulties for transport moving around.
• Due to additional cylinders of rotation and inclination, the basket can reach any necessary working position (rotation angle 60 degrees)
• The basket is equiped with:
  - load limiting device
  - start/stop engine button(in the basket,in the turret)
  - outlet 220 V to connect electric tools, output for pneumatic tools connection and output for water flow from the basket.
• Lifting capacity of the basket, depending on the model, is from 120 to 300 kg..
• Insulation 1000 V is included into standard configuration (additionaly, 10 000 V is possible)
• Handrails are covered with heat-insulating material.
• All the models are equiped with tool boxes made in Italy.

Security

• The basket is equiped with horisontal-oriented device.
• The load limiting device prevents the boom movement out of working area.
• Inclinometer helps to find horisontal position.
  The platform is equipped with emergency hand pump that helps to lift down the basket in case any emergency (lack of fuel,breakdown of electro or hydraulic systems).
• The models with lifting height more than 22 meters are equipped with anemometer (speed measuring device) and intercom..
• Signal lamps at operating box in the basket and in the turret inform the operator about correct stabilizers position and allow to start working.
• Electric wiring and high-pressure hoses are inside the boom of the platform, that helps to avoid mechanical damage of them while working

Reliability

• Security system excludes the possibility of involuntary stabilizers' folding while working.
• Structure metal components are covered with anti-rust..
• While mounting the platform we use only foreign hydraulic components: PTO's and pumps from OMFB,Italy.
• The basket is made from aluminium, that helps to reduce the weight and excludes corrosion.
